If at any time you are disatisfied with your purchase, CPFilms Inc. will gladly replace defective GILA® product upon receipt of the UPC code from the box, a dated proof of purchase, a sample of the defective film, and an explanation of your dissatisfaction. CPFilms Inc. reserves the right to make product changes without prior notification.
This warranty is made only to the original purchaser of this product. The obligation of GILA is limited to the replacement of the oproduct and does not cover labor or other cost of installation. GILA HEREBY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR AN INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, in the interest of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Claims should be addressed to "Dept. DIY/WARRANTY" at the factory. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for claim processing.
